Our Scientists | The Researchers Behind Sleepaxa | Acieon Labs

The Team · Acieon Labs

Built by researchers, not marketers.

Sleepaxa’s lenses come out of a real research lab — Acieon Labs, our science and intellectual-property division. Our work is led by practising optometrists and published openly with citable DOIs. Here are the people behind the patents.

Suraj Dubey

Founder & Head of Research · Lead Inventor, Patent 587746

A senior optometrist with 10+ years of clinical experience, Suraj leads Sleepaxa’s lens engineering and is the named inventor across the company’s patent portfolio, including the granted dual-band NeuroCalm FLX+ patent. His work focuses on wavelength-selective filtration for migraine, photophobia and circadian health.

Dr. Monica Chaudhry

Clinical Advisor

One of India’s most respected optometry academics, Dr. Chaudhry brings 37+ years to Sleepaxa’s clinical direction. She is a former faculty member at AIIMS New Delhi, former Chairman of the Optometry Council of India, and the author of three optometry textbooks. She advises on the clinical and physiological grounding of every Sleepaxa lens.

Contributing Researchers

Our published research is supported by a wider team including Nandhini Elango and Lanisha Blessy Coelho, working across optometry and visual-comfort science.

Published, openly

We don’t ask you to take our claims on faith. Our research on wavelength-selective filtration, ipRGC biology, dual-band lens engineering and circadian lens design is published with open, citable DOIs through Acieon Labs — the same evidence base our patents are built on.

Our Research Division

Acieon Labs

Acieon Labs is the independent science and intellectual-property division behind Sleepaxa — where our lens technologies are researched, tested on a spectrometer, and protected by patents. Science first; products second. That separation keeps our research honest and our products grounded in real evidence.
