Processing Time

In-stock, non-prescription orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Prescription and custom-lens orders are made to order and usually take 3–7 business days to prepare before shipping.

Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 6–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Shipping Rates

• United States & Europe: Free shipping, with import duties and taxes included — no surprise fees on delivery.
• Rest of the world: Shipping is calculated at checkout; any local duties or taxes may be payable by the recipient.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs & Duties

For US and EU orders, duties are prepaid by us. For other regions, the recipient may be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by local authorities.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels
