A Personal Health Product

Sleepaxa eyewear is photobiological, therapeutic eyewear worn directly on the face and around the eyes. As a personal health and hygiene product, our glasses are not eligible for return or refund once shipped. This protects every customer by ensuring no worn product is ever re-sold. We replace any item that arrives damaged or defective, as described below.

01 Give Your Eyes Time to Adapt

Sleepaxa lenses are engineered with precise wavelength filtration and therapeutic tints. Your visual system needs 3 to 7 days to fully recalibrate to the new light spectrum entering your eyes. Mild colour shifts, depth-perception changes, or a slight feeling of unfamiliarity in the first few days are completely normal. It simply means the lenses are doing their work.

02 Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, or shows a genuine manufacturing defect, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video or photographs showing the issue.

Once verified, we'll ship a free replacement of the same product at no cost to you. No returns shipping is required from your side for verified damage claims.

03 What Is Not Covered

Change of mind, colour preference, or adaptation discomfort.

Scratches, cracks, or frame damage caused after delivery through use, drops, or improper handling.

Prescription glasses are crafted to your exact vision specifications and are uniquely yours, and so cannot be returned or exchanged.
