Shipping policy
Processing Time Zero-power (non-prescription) orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Prescription and custom-lens orders are made to order and take 4–6 business days to prepare before shipping.
Estimated Delivery Times Total time from order to delivery, in business days:
- United States: zero-power 7–11 business days (1–3 processing + 6–8 in transit); prescription 11–15 business days (4–6 processing + 7–9 in transit).
- Europe: zero-power 9–11 business days; prescription 9–14 business days.
- Rest of the world: zero-power 9–14 business days; prescription 13–18 business days.
Delivery times can vary with customs processing and local carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
- United States & Europe: Free shipping, with import duties and taxes included (DDP) — no surprise fees on delivery.
- Rest of the world: Shipping is calculated at checkout; any local duties or taxes may be payable by the recipient.
Tracking You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Customs & Duties For US and EU orders, duties are prepaid by us. For other regions, the recipient may be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by local authorities.
Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order is significantly delayed or lost, contact connect@sleepaxa.com and we'll make it right. If your parcel arrives damaged, report it within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos for a free replacement. Our team replies within 12–24 hours.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address, but we'll always help where we can.
