Vesper Jet Black
A true round with an unusually wide bridge, so the circles sit apart.
Most round frames crowd the nose. Vesper avoids that by running a 21 mm bridge, the widest in this group, against a small 49 mm eye. The circles end up spaced rather than stacked, which keeps the shape from looking studious. Lens height is 42 mm and the front 137 mm, so although the eye size is modest the lenses are nearly as tall as they are wide, giving a genuinely round aperture rather than a squashed one. Temples run 145 mm. It is a distinctive outline that still fits a standard face.

Amber lensEvening, indoors and outdoorsThe curve starts near zero, 0.10% at 450 nm, then lifts through 40.5% at 550 nm to 66.6% at 560 nm and 96.3% at 600 nm. Rated Filter Category 1 at 50.5% luminous transmittance, so it suits indoor and outdoor wear.
Red lensIndoor night wearNothing measurable passes between 380 and 560 nm. The lens opens at 5.8% at 570 nm and reaches 92.9% at 700 nm. At 14.9% luminous transmittance it is Filter Category 3 and belongs indoors.

Will the Vesper fit you?
Vesper measures 137 mm across the front, a medium fit. The 21 mm bridge is the widest here, so it suits a broad or high nose bridge and will feel loose on a narrow one. A 49 mm eye with 42 mm of lens height makes the aperture close to circular, covering more below the pupil than the small eye size implies. Temples are 145 mm. If round frames have pinched you before, the wide bridge is the reason to try this one.
