Solstice Copper Rose
A warm copper rose colorway that flatters both tints instead of fighting them.
Color choice matters more on a tinted frame than a clear one, because the rim and the lens are seen together. Copper rose is a warm mid-tone, which means it sits closer to the amber lens than a cool metal would and keeps the red lens from looking like a warning light. Solstice offers both tints in zero power or prescription. Whichever you choose, the lens is the same measured article used throughout the range, with full published transmission figures rather than a general description of what it removes.

Amber lensEvening, indoors or outdoorsMeasured at 0.10% transmission at 450 nm and 0.48% at 500 nm, the amber lens keeps part of the green band, reaching 40.5% at 550 nm. UV protection is complete: 100% UV400.
Red lensIndoors, lateNothing measurable passes between 380 and 560 nm. The lens opens at 5.8% at 570 nm and reaches 92.9% at 700 nm. At 14.9% luminous transmittance it is Filter Category 3 and belongs indoors.
All figures are single-lens spectrophotometer measurements from our own laboratory reports for this lens, tested to EN ISO 12312-1, ANSI Z80.3 and AS/NZS 1067.1. Individual response varies.
