There is nothing experimental about this shape, and that is what it is for. Black keeps the Sterling outline neutral enough to wear on a video call, while the 39 mm lens height quietly gives it more tinted area than most frames of the same width carry. The front measures 135 mm, eye 54 mm, bridge 18 mm, temples 145 mm. Everything stays inside the medium band. If you want a pair that works both at a desk at eight in the evening and on the sofa at eleven, this is the least fussy answer.

Amber lensEvening screen workMeasured at 0.10% transmission at 450 nm and 0.48% at 500 nm, the amber lens keeps part of the green band, reaching 40.5% at 550 nm. UV protection is complete: 100% UV400.
Red lensAfter the last message is sentCategory 3 at 14.9% luminous transmittance, this lens is for indoor use only. It measures zero from 380 to 560 nm and passes 49.7% at 600 nm, 92.9% at 700 nm.

Fit
Will the Sterling fit you?
Sterling Jet Black is a medium fit at 135 mm across the front. The 18 mm bridge is wide relative to the 54 mm eye, which spreads the load across the nose instead of concentrating it. A 39 mm lens height gives real coverage under the pupil, so watch the clearance at the cheekbone if you have a short midface. Temples are 145 mm, standard. Broad faces should look at Magnus or Astor rather than sizing up here.
