The number that defines Zephyr is 50 mm of lens height. Nothing else in the range goes that deep, and depth is the variable that decides how much light arrives from underneath the rim while you look at a screen, a page or a dashboard. The hexagonal outline is what makes that depth wearable: flat top, angled lower corners, so the extra glass reads as geometry rather than bulk. On a 140 mm front with a 53 mm eye and an 18 mm bridge, the fit stays medium while the coverage does not.

FL-41 DarkThe brightest environmentsNumbers first: 7.9% at 420 nm, 13.8% at 450 nm, 12.6% at 520 nm, 44.2% at 570 nm, 100% above 670 nm. That shape is a notch, not a wall. Luminous transmittance 41.1%, Filter Category 2, 100% UV400.

Fit
Will the Zephyr fit you?
Zephyr is medium at 140 mm across the front, so temple width is not the constraint here; lens depth is. At 50 mm this is the deepest lens we make, and on a short face or high cheekbones the lower rim will make contact when you smile. Measure from your brow to the top of your cheekbone before choosing it. The 18 mm bridge is comfortable for a 53 mm eye, and temples run a standard 145 mm.
